Shipping Coverage
We currently ship across all governorates in Egypt. Orders are processed and delivered through trusted local shipping partners.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Cairo & Giza: 1–3 business days
- Alexandria & Delta Governorates: 2–4 business days
- Upper Egypt & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days
Please note that delivery times may vary during peak seasons, public holidays, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order value. Any applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed before completing your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you may receive tracking information via email, SMS, or WhatsApp, depending on the shipping provider.
Delivery Attempts
Our shipping partners may contact you before delivery. If the delivery attempt is unsuccessful due to incorrect address details or customer unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Damaged or Missing Items
